Shipping is a flat $6 on all orders. We currently ship to US and Canada. International orders can be arranged via special arrangement

Does it contain gluten? Dairy? Soy?

Incredible Greens has 300mg of Barley malt which typically contains gluten. It has no dairy products. It contains 2000mg of Soy lecithin, which typically does not contain the soy allergens that affect most people. Those are usually found in the isoflavones.

How should I use it?

The simplest way is to mix one scoop with about 4 oz of cold water in the morning once a day. You can take it at other times during the day and mix it with other drinks as well. You can heat it but you'll likely degrade some of its nutrients.

How does it stay fresh? What nutrients are lost in a powder?

These are great questions. No powder is as nutritious as fresh food. That's common sense. Incredible Greens maintains as much freshness as it can (about 90%) by using independently verified ingredients that are tested for purity, state of the art raw storage facilities, nitrogen packing to maintain freshness and short production runs to ensure your bottle is always recently made.

Does Incredible Greens have ingredients with pesticides? Is it safe?

All industrially farmed crops use some sort of pesticide. However, the suppliers and ingredients used in Incredible Greens are independently verified through an organization called NSF that verifies our compliance with FDA Guidelines. You can view our certificate here. After every batch of Incredible Greens we independently verify the ingredients again for 100% purity. View our latest certificate of analysis.

What's your return policy?

The spirit of our return policy is that we'll refund you for anything you don't like. The more technical definition is that you're automatically guaranteed to a refund within 30 days of purchase no questions asked. If you ordered more than one we'll refund the first bottle instantly and the others when they're returned to our shipping center.
